Revised Terms & Conditions (2016)
EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2016 Piedmont has revised our TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The modifications were made to clarify several items including, but not limited to, how Piedmont will communicate with our customers, the conditions under which Piedmont will retry failed transactions or suspend services, and the fees that may be charged.
All current customers may request a copy of these revised Terms and Conditions by emailing support@piedmontpays.com or by phone at 866.295.6036. Please include your full name along with your request. You are not required to accept these changes. To terminate Piedmont services you may email us at support@piedmontpays.com or call 866.295.6036.
Piedmont will allow until September 1, 2016 for all customers to review these revisions. If by September 1, 2016 you have not contacted Piedmont to terminate services, this revised agreement will replace all prior agreements between you and Piedmont.
