Piedmont is excited to announce the acquisition of Benefit Vault’s account portfolio. This new agreement includes the decommissioning of the Insurance Paid Easy brand.
Our two teams are working closely together to ensure the transfer of accounts is as seamless as possible, to minimize disruption.
- We plan to transfer active BenefitVault accounts to Piedmont over the next 90 days.
- Cases that are currently in the sales or implementation stage will be individually reviewed by the Piedmont and BenefitVault teams for next steps.
- During the 90-Day transition period, we will also be transitioning certain carrier accounts off of our system and sending refund checks when applicable.
We recognize that “The Piedmont Way” is becoming more attractive than payroll deduction for both you and your clients. This consolidation gives us more resources to continue exceeding your expectations, as Piedmont demonstrates our pioneering DNA & strengthens our position as the industry innovator.
